Maybe some stretching and walking. If I feel up to it I might do some Cardio on Saturday. It will really depend on how I feel.

I mostly cycle...so I will be cycling on Saturday. Kids birthday party on Sunday, so nothing except maybe shooting some hoops with my kiddos once everyone leaves.

9 mile run as part of my spring training plan. Full rest day on the day I don’t run.

Hiking a mountain before sunrise with spouse and 11 year old daughter. We are gonna eat breakfast and watch the sunrise over Boulder at the mountain top.

I just checked and it's a nice full body lifting session. Yay

I actually have two *full* rest days Saturday and Sunday. We're traveling to Florida (driving from Wisconsin) and it's just not in the cards for me to workout. I'm excited and have been working my *kitten* off the last two months to earn these two complete days off.

Saturday - pole, whatever workout my friend decides we need to do at the gym that day
Sunday - possibly a rest day. I may hit up the gym for a short cardio session

I’ll probably run Saturday if the weather is nice. If it’s cold I’ll take a rest day. I meet a group of women to lift every Sunday together. They are doing a race Saturday that I didn’t register for in time

Yesterday I enjoyed a rest day. This morning I did yoga and ran 2 miles. Tomorrow I will do yoga. Sunday I have a 3-mile run on the schedule. Training for a 5-mile race in late April. 🙂
