Eccentric Exercises

I am working on increasing my flexibility and core strength. I was wondering if anyone know of any good eccentric exercise and flexibility programs or routines? I understand the basic principle but looking for some guidance/instruction - especially maintaining the right form. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try looking for Miranda’s Classical Stretch Program that is on cable or available on-line. I purchased season 7 for $65. There’s 30 different 23 minute routines, so it is always different and doesn’t require any special equipment. She unique combining Yoga, Pilates & Tia Chi.0
