Eccentric Exercises

I am working on increasing my flexibility and core strength. I was wondering if anyone know of any good eccentric exercise and flexibility programs or routines? I understand the basic principle but looking for some guidance/instruction - especially maintaining the right form. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Down dog!! It's a yoga app!! Starts from the basics and you can change the levels as you get stronger!!! Yoga is amazing!!! Really works!!!

    Try looking for Miranda’s Classical Stretch Program that is on cable or available on-line. I purchased season 7 for $65. There’s 30 different 23 minute routines, so it is always different and doesn’t require any special equipment. She unique combining Yoga, Pilates & Tia Chi.
