Movin in the right direction

I decided to weigh myself every Thursday and lost another 1.5 pounds so it’s a small victory but as I started my 4 mile walk today I just started smiling thinking yeah! I’m moving in the right direction. Just wanted to share.
Feel free to share what is moving you in the right direction. Doesn’t need to be pounds lost, could be just sticking to your plan or no late night snacking!

    I’ve only been seeing 1.5lb losses and honestly it devastes me! I see a small loss and usually I’ve gained it back the following week.... because it’s not a real loss for me. I’ve been really consistent the last two weeks so I’m super hopefully I’ll break that pattern this weekend (Sunday weigh in day). However... my move in the right direction is just being consistent with my counting and workouts. I really hope to see benefits from the work I’ve put in soon!
