Is 12 oz of red meat daily bad for you ? People say no but I google it and they say to keep it at 5 oz but that still gives you heart problems and other problems in the future.

How long are you planning to eat it for? A week? A month? Every day for the rest of your life? Red meat in general has high amounts of saturated fat and overcomsumption is considered a long term health risk by pretty much every major health governing body. That doesn't mean that you should never eat red meat, or that red meat doesn't have nutritious elements too it, but I don't think eating 12 ozs of non lean ground beef is particularly good for long term health.
Please note that being a health risk doesn't mean that it's automatically bad for you. Plenty of people eat high amounts of red meat and don't have negative health effects. But it is associated with higher health risks.5 -
