Hey Just wondered if I could have some advice ? So I usually look at my calorie deficits in a weekly deficit rather than daily . But I find that if I binge u then try to restrict all week which leads to further binges 👀. Am I better just seeing this as each day is a new start ?

Weekly averages are better suited for pre-planning rather than punishment for overeating. Start fresh, take it a day at a time until you feel the urge to overeat subside, and then you could try a weekly average again after spending some time balancing it out. Better to go a little bit over on the weekend and lose slower than to try and cut too much out to make up for it.

Yes that is the problem with restrictive eating. Try to hit your goals daily...or stay within a narrow margin.

If you binge a lot.. I'd do daily so you don't over do it the whole week.. which adds up quickly.

Preplan your meals so you don't binge.
