I have an MCL Injury in 2018 April 4th and it was long journey of recovery. It impacted my knee mobility, hips & back. I did almost 16 weeks of Physiotherapy due to the 3 body parts involve in my MCL Injury. I did Acupuncture, home exercises, trigger point, & Interferential Current Therapy. Helps a lot in my recovery. It’s done 2X week & felt like I am a voodoo doll with the acupuncture and dry point needling. Having a good physiotherapist and willingness to recovery I am doing well so far.
