Hi

Im 45, 5'8, and have been hovering around 136-137 pounds for the last few months. My initial goal was around 132 but dont think I'm going to get there and that's fine as I consume 1500-1600 cals per day, and dont want to cut back. Was consuming around 1400 to get into the 130's.
I have Tracy Anderson DVD's (cardio and strength training) and some RaviAna Yodga DVD's (love them..my fav!)

If Im more focused on toning, then weight loss...how do I put together a routine?
Cardio is my least fav....try to get in 15-30 min Tracy Anderson dancing -cardio
Currently I'm not working, so I have lots of time for myself and to focus on my health
Ive been working out 2 hours per day
1 hour strength training/cardio (Tracy Anderson)
1 hour yoga (some meditation, breathing techniques, chanting involved/down time...not one pose to the next)
I normally break it up to 1 hour in the am and 1 hour pm (usually yoga in the evening)

Tracy Anderson does a lot of wacky arm moves w no weights...is it ok to do the same moves daily?
Other moves she suggests 3 pound weights..if i'm using weights...better to do those moves every other day? I have no clue
thanks for any direction :)
