Hello
If anyone has any insights into plateaus with fitness gains and weight loss, I would definitely appreciate the thoughts. I’ve been keeping myself in a calorie deficit every day except one weekend day I give myself to have drinks, eat what I want etc. I workout 5-6 days/week with 4 days distance running and 2 days a week.I feel a lack of energy and wonder if I’m just losing motivation, or if I need to change something about how I’m eating. Down to 14% body fat and I wonder if that’s just a natural level set for me? Feeling discouraged. Thanks!
