Hi everyone I am a 49 year old wife and mother of 2 adult children. I have about 50lbs to lose. I am a super carb and sugar addict. I have dabbled in Keto before but it’s time to get serious or diabetes is coming to run me down. I have a strong family history and when I have lost weight before my A1c is good. When me weight increases so does my A1c. I feel the ball is completely in my court and I need to get control ASAP!!! Any Keto advice would be very appreciated!!!
Thanks in advance to any responses.

If you think you can do Keto for the rest of your life, then go for it. If you can't, then don't because if you use it as a means to an end, then switch back to a balanced macronutrient diet, you'll likely end up in a bigger hole than you started in.0
