map my run?

Have recently taken up running and i'm using the app 'map my run' to track time and distance, but I'm really confused about the calorie count? the app says i burn about 530 calories running 5 kilometres in 30 mins, but when I put exactly the same time and distance into MFP manually it says i've burned more like 330? The apps are synced so my height and weight info is the same for both. Anyone else using this app and had the same problem? Which count should i go with? Would be great if i was burning 530 cals per run seeing as i find it pretty taxing to run for half an hour non-stop but i did think it sounded too good to be true

Mapmyrun is notorious for over estimating calories.
Running is easy to calculate calories burnt for though:
Bodyweight in lbs x 0.63 x distance in miles2 -
