Tons of fibre and no starchy in these five complete meals. My two favourite low carb meals are nam prik ong and beef lok lak. Skip the optional rice or have raw cauliflower blitzed into a rice like texture.

Skip the bread with bagna cauda. Traditionally served in the small saucepan it's made in where you dip both raw veg and bread, and you scramble some eggs in the last of the sauce at the end of the meal.
