Cardio day as that is easier to fit around Sunday plans.

Walk in the park. Restful, relaxing and you also burn calories

I do Pilates 7 days a week when I'm home. I travel about 30% of the time and it's sometimes difficult to get a workout in so when I'm home I have to make up for it.

I thought I was going to take a rest day Sunday.
Took a nap. Then I felt like fing to the gym. 5.5km swim.
Watched a movie then went back for an hour of weight lifting.
But then I'm in China on business and can only take so much of being cooped up in a tiny room.

Stretching, nap, study (for autodidactic reasons, so not stressful) - repeat. Aka, rest day.

My shoulder's been a little sore...not sure what happened... So, took Saturday and today (Sunday) for rest days. Feeling restless though. Might try back at it tomorrow.

I'm pretty much always in training for some long-distance cycling event. That means I need to do plenty of long rides to prepare. I work M–F, so I put long rides on my calendar on both Saturday and Sunday. Because of that, I do rest/recovery on Monday and Friday.

Sunday is usually long run day. This week was only 9 miles, since I'm still trying to recover from my marathon. It felt like 19.
