First joined in 2014 to log diet to get points for wellness for work insurance. Discovered logging helped. Used off and on. tarted taking seriously in 2015. Got down to 140 prior to first hip replacement in 2016. Put on a few pounds after that. Had second hip replaced in 2018. Was walking lots after recovery. Started having muscle problem in leg, stopped walking, stopped logging. Got back up to 162 and I don't like it! Back to logging and walking. Will turn 65 later this year. Don't have huge goals. Back to 145 or so and stay off medications. Healthier on the whole now than in years. IN 2006 I was 220, so I believe in slow loss!

Join the club. 62 years old. Started on here at 225 lbs in 2011. Lost 35 pounds. Maintained for several years. Developed Arthritis gained the weight it back. Losing it again now, down to 185. Aiming for 160 to start then maybe 145 eventually. Taking it slowly but surely.
