Thank you to the kind person who posted a link for me.
Basically MFP puts me at a deficit of 1,210 calories a day but I didn’t understand that doesn’t take into account any of my physical activity. So if I was to eat just 1,200 calories and burn 200 calories and NOT eat those back then I would actually be eating at a deficit of 1,000 calories.
I think I understand now I need to eat some of my calories burned back.
Please someone correct me if I’m wrong
