New here: looking for some tips

Hello everyone,
I’m just starting a new phase of my life trying to gain some weight and size. I’m 26 and I weigh 140. I’ve been about the same weight since my freshman year of high school. I’m fairly cut but have never had any luck putting on weight no matter how much I eat. My diet has never been strict but I’m starting to log everything so I can really see how much I’m truly intaking. My goal weight is 165ish
