Cutting after bulk lean

Good job. But if it isn't sustainable, don't do it. Maybe there's a happy medium somewhere?1 -
What about something in between if you are more stressed and irritated being so lean? Also with more bulk/cut cycles many people can maintain a certain physique and maintain a certain bodyfat% a lot easier.0

Follow-up question. What has your calorie target been? I suspect a reverse diet may do you good.0

I agree with everyone above. I hope you can find a happy medium. Honestly in your first photo you look close to 10% BF which tends to be the sweet spot on a lot of guys. As others mentioned, you might like that level of BF a little better with a bit more muscle mass. You are in a perfect place for a lean bulk.0

Agreed - reverse diet! Keep the muscle, add a little fat and hopefully you'll get some happiness back, too :-)0
