Hi I am 20 and one week into a 12 week cut; aim to get lean. I weight 195 lbs at 5ft 10 (30 lbs overweight!) no idea about body fat percentage so any help would be appreciated thanks :)

why are you only cutting for 12 weeks?

12 weeks isn't likely to be long enough so don't think it's wise to put a rigid timescale on it.
You would do better to track using photos and tape measurements IMHO.

25% is a reasonable guess but could be higher - but pretty much irrelevant. You know and can see you are overweight and overfat so not sure putting a number on it adds to that knowledge.

Train well while you are cutting. Best of luck.

Better to have no idea then to worry about percentages. Every body carries it's weight differently. How do we feel? Healthy? Happy? Relaxed? Loved? If not - that should be something to worry about!
