Been learning and tracking for 50 days.
I lost 50 pounds a year and a half ago. then a year ago just quit losing. No matter what I did I could/can not lose a pound. 50 days ago I started MFP and lost 2 pounds then lost 5 pound and then gained 10. I have increased my active and am watching the bad things I eat. I quit drinking coffee 30 days ago. I drink tea and water and grapefruit juice. I keep my saturated fat low because I do not have a gallbladder.
I am in a power wheelchair and exercise my upper body every day and I walk 3 to 4 times a day with a walker, I go to the pool 1 to 2 days a week for an hour.
I would love insight into what I am doing wrong.
I can't figure out how to add friends or how to look at what other people are doing with food to eat.
any help is welcome good or bad, I can take it. I have 90 pounds to lose and I am motivated.

Hi there! I'm not a dietitian or a doctor of medicine but while I was reading your post I noticed you mentioned that you increased your physical active and took calories away. In my dieting experience when I up'ed my activities I had to up my calorie intake or I plateaued or gained. Just something to consider. Take care and best of luck!0

thank you. I have increased my calories but am not sure I have increased them enough. It is hard to know how many calories I am burning so I don't know how much to eat back. Ill keep working at it.0
