New.. help!

I just started meal prepping this week I currently have to intake 1250 calories a day but with the meals plus a snack I still need about 500 calories more... I don’t want to overload my meals.. any suggestions?

    how on earth are your meals nearly overloaded with 750 total for 3 (?) meals? a 250 calorie meal is tiny. add to your lunch and dinner.

    check how much protein and fat you have hit and then decide where to add.

    that seems quite low for meals (750 cals), that is one meal for me...
    are you sure you are logging the amount you are actually eating?
    are you using a kitchen scale to weigh all solids and measuring all liquids (besides water) that you consume?
