I do everyday weight lift and strength training ! my metabolism increased, what should I eat to gain muscles, I am vegetarian.

    You want to make sure you are eating in a calorie surplus to gain. Get minimum of 0.8-1g protein per lb bodyweight, and eat more of what you are currently eating. Add more snacks... Nuts, seeds, dairy etc if you need to.
