Binges WTF

So About a year ago, I started this journey.
I have lost 70 lbs so far, and have another 20 to go to goal.
I started working with a trainer weekly, which has really helped with my diet, toning and endurance.
Without fail, it seems every 10 lbs, I go on a BINGE.
The latest happened After 60 days of clean eating, and a low carb high protein diet, I finally thought I had my Binges kicked.
Until Sunday, when I ate everything but the kitchen sink. Chips, hotdogs, Ice Cream (count them FOUR) Ice Cream bars, Coke, Chocolate.......................
There was no emotional trauma, it was just a normal, relaxing Sunday with my husband and son.
I don't get why I do this to myself, and sabatoge all my hard work.

Well, you're human, so...
First, forgive yourself. Second, I firmly believe that strict dieting regimens aren't for everyone. All the restriction can sometimes set you up for major falls off the wagon. Which also make me wonder if your diet is one you can stick to through maintenance.
So, maybe rethink your diet plan? Good luck! And a big congratulations on your weight loss! So awesome.0 -
Do you let yourself have treats within your calorie range frequently?
When I do this, it cuts down on the bingeing considerably. Also make sure you're getting enough to eat in general on a day-to-day basis.
Congratulations on your great loss!0
