Hi. Just started my journey and I'm not 100%sure about the extra calories I get when I do exercise.. if I reach my 12000 calories and have the extra calories that I have banked from my exercise will I still lose the weight or shall I just keep to 12000 calories

This site is designed for you to eat back your exercise calories to lose weight in a healthy way. Having said that, many calorie burns are overestimated so people often eat back 50-75% of those calories.2

It's recommended to eat back your excercise cal.
For me.. only if I'm still hungry..I would eat back some.. but most days I go by my daily allowance. (Disclaimer:. My daily intake is way more than 1200 cal)1 -
Thanks for the information0
