5'7" Ladies! I need some motivation!

Hey ladies!

I'm looking for friends that are near my height and weight! I need motivation and support as well as some success stories! How'd you do it? How many calories? Workout routine?

CW-160
GW-140

I currently eat 1600-1700 calories per day. And work out 5 days a week. 3 days strength training and two cardio!

I want to lose the 20lbs and be toned! I don't want my thighs to jiggle! :-)

    right now i'm running 3x/wk and doing strength work w/weights 2x/wk

    gw 125-30, depends on how i look as i get further down.
