I’m 3 weeks in to MFP and love it so far. I’m a lifelong dieter, have recently decided it’s diet no more for me, and have been focusing on good clean eating, bumping up the exercise and drinking a gallon of water a day. Tracking with MFP has really made this fun and motivating and I’m ready to kick it up another notch with this challenge!
I will be 62 years old this year, but mentally? Much younger and way more immature! I currently weigh 238 lbs, and intend to lose 88 lbs to reach my goal of 150. Short term, just looking to get out out these damn TWOS! Looking forward to this challenge and some new friendships with like minded folk!
