Good morning!
My name is Faith and I am currently on my first full day of dieting. In the past, I have struggled with sticking to diets, but this is the most I have ever weighed and I am tired of feeling tired all the time. It is time for change. I am currently at 202.6 pounds and am 19 years old. I work at a call center, so I am constantly sitting. I am going to make little changes and build up to who and where I want to be. If you have any tips, please comment below!

Hi
Based on your call center work schedule make a time table for daily workout.... whatever you like.... running, cycling, walking, swimming, weight training, dancing like Zumba....spare at least one hour everyday till it's becomes habit..this will help you to reduce weight, make you more energetic...after that you make more systamatical workout plan to follow with proper healthy diet...all the best 👍0
