Footwear is hugely individual. Different people have different length and width feet. different arch height, different bridge. Some people roll in, some people roll out.

The only way to really know is to go and try on shoes until you find a pair that work for you.

It may also matter what kind of circuits you're doing: Weight machines? Free weights? Calisthenics like burpees and pushups? So-called 'Functional Fitness' like battle ropes and tire flips? Cardio intervals in there (what kind)?

"Circuits" kind of just means multiple different exercises in some kind of sequence. Depending on the exercises, you might have different needs.

Different shoes have different characteristics for different activities: Extra cushioning, thinness for flexibility, lateral stability, more.

Go to a good sports-shoe store with well-trained staff and tell them what you do. They should be of more help than we can be.

    Best wishes!
