Friday Night Run Menu Help

Okay, so it's Tuesday evening, and on Friday night, I have a 5k to run. What should I eat throughout the day to ensure that my endurance lasts throughout the day AND for my Friday night run?? If you could please, tell me good breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack or two options. Should I stick with carbs and proteins? Thanks in advance.
