Hi Everyone,
My name is Chioma, I'm a mom to three lovely kids and wife to one amazing guy! I have steadily added weight with each pregnancy, starting at 63kg and winding up at 116kg in about 6 years. I am really tired of being overweight. I'm currently on a KETO WOE and have come down to 106kg from January till now. My weight loss has also stalled for the last 5 weeks. I think journaling my food intake would open my eyes to the reasons for my stall (fingers crossed). I am excited to be here, and more even excited about what lies ahead for me.

    Hi! I agree that tracking food is important, weighing/measuring it, and recording the calories. I find the MFP app pretty easy to use for tracking. I just don't like cooking. But I am doing more cooking, and less fast food, so that's an improvement for me.
