Tried this out using a standard landmine bar (45lbs)...humbling could only must like 8 reps X1 set. Moved down to a curl bar (no weight, then a measly 5lb plate for only 12 reps). Needless to say, but this is a killer-effective, humbling exercise as far as how much weight (even more than lateral raises done with no bend in the elbows, not letting weight drop to sides). I can already feel the DOMS brewing2
