Hi everyone my name is Bella, I'm 19. I'm a student and hairstylist and therefore have a very busy schedule. I'm 5'6 and 160 pounds. I'm pretty curvy but I wouldn't say "fat." I've let my anxiety, depression, and impulsivity allow me to binge eat whenever. At the start of the new year to mid feburary I worked out every single day and enjoyed it. I then became busier and put it off and I'm now scared to start all over...
I see that everyone does the keto diet, and I'd love to do that, but idk how to cook! Lol. I'm a mess and need all the help I can get to lose weight.

Hi! I’m Samantha. I just joined too... but I’m 50! Lol! I am scared too & overwhelmed! I used to be in amazing shape! Until 4 years ago when I stopped running & yoga no longer was enough! Now I feel like I’m starting from zero again. I’m 5’5 & 163lbs. My man loves my curves, but I want more tone back... I never was good at real “exercise” per se. Running & yoga were fun.
And I wish I were 19 - lol!
But seriously... You’ll be great!

PS cookin’ ain’t no big thing! Don’t over think it.
And I’m not into the Keto, but I do intermittently fast (which I used to do when I was your age & throughout my twenties). I like it. It lets my body rest as well. Just eat more whole food in good portions.
