Blew it yesterday

I had a rough day yesterday! I’ve been so good- really dedicating myself to a healthier me. Then with all the projects going on and not up for cooking. My husband suggested picking up dinner. And oh my did I go overboard. Trying to make up for it today. But it’s so discouraging!!

    Don't be discouraged and don't worry about "making up for it today". Trying to punish yourself after a bad day will just lead to a cycle. Just focus on getting back on track for a normal day. You didn't gain the weight originally in a day. There's no such thing as one bad day that messes up your progress. What's done is done, and just focus on hitting your goals going forward.

    One of my favorite ways of looking at it is “everything in moderation, including moderation.” It’s okay to have a crazy day once in a blue moon. As long as they’re exceptions and not regular habits, you’re going to do fine, and it sounds like you’re working hard on keeping your regular habit healthy.
