I have 6 children, ages from 11 to 2. Older 5 are boys and the last one is a girl. With my boys I never had any trouble losing weight. But since I had my daughter I have struggled to lose the weight. Being so busy with the kids and working full time I was very unmotivated to work out and eat healthy. Now at my heaviest, I’m disgusted that I have ever let my self get this way. I started the Keto diet about a week and half ago. Working out 6 days a week and watching everything I eat. I drink coffee, Keto meal shake and a lot of water. No soda or anything sugary. My goal is to lose 65-70 lbs

The first step of recognizing the need to make a change is often the hardest. You're going to feel awesome when you hit that goal! If this is your first dieting experience, be patient with yourself, and stay in it for the long haul. You got this!0
