I love my NEDA tattoo. The bottom part is the NEDA (National Eating Disorder Association) symbol and the top (Lotus) symbolizes rebirth. The lotus flower grows out of mud...in Buddhism this symbolizes something good growing out of something bad (good = flower, bad = mud/dirt). In this case, the "bad" being the eating disorder and the good being the recovery growing from it.
