Updating calorie goals

I saw in another post some people update their calorie goals for every ten lbs they lose. Can someone tell me how to do this? When I look at my settings it has my current weight.

Yeah, I figure they just do it as soon as they lost those ten lbs... otherwise it's impossible to do so? You have to lose weight and then you can update your goals again...0

...and you can change your goals/update any time. It's just that calories don't change much for anything less than 10 pounds. The site used to prompt you to update...I haven't lost weight in many years so I don't know if it still prompts you - but it's easy to update. That link I posted is also where you can change your rate of loss and your activity level.0
