Hello my name is Jenny I’m 24 years old and my healthy journey had been a rough one. Recently I’ve been struggling with binge eating even though I am only 17 pounds away from my goal. I’ve found better ways to help and I love fitness. My go to channels are Fitness Blender and Pop sugar they really keep me fit. I realized that I’ve been focusing too much on the scale rather than how far I’ve come. I weighed 205 since November 2018 and am now at 153. It has been tough with its highs and lows but has been worth it. I would love to hear your stories and what your journeys been like so feel free to reach out.

If you're binge eating, it often means you're not eating enough during the day, or you're saying no to things you desperately want and don't allow yourself...
So perhaps you need to change something in one of these two things; allow yourself from time to time a piece of chocolate (for instance), or eat more during the day... For instance; snacks. Eat rice crackers with humus, and a yogurt or a piece of fruit.
I hope this helps somewhat!
You've come along way. So don't be to hard on yourself you're really doing a great job!0
