Heating protein-bloating

I suffer with bloating and am
currently doing an elimination process to try and work out of it is food related. I am now wondering if it could be the fact that on a daily basis I have homemade protein oats, and heat the protein powder with the oats.

I am wondering if heating whey protein could be causing the issue. Obviously the only way to find out is to eliminate this from my diet, but I am just curious to hear of this has happened to anyone else?
