Bulk and gain

I'm sonya, 19 going on 20 and i've been extremely skinny my whole life. Finally hit 120 last year and now i'm 140. I like to lift weights or do weighted exercises to gain muscle and weight. Any tips for nutrition, workouts, and post workout healing? I've only been doing this for a year and took a break when i messed up my leg. Any pointers will help!

    Read the sticky threads pinned to the top of that forum - in particular the Most Helpful posts.

    If you don't find what you are looking for then post a thread in that forum asking for advice and giving as much context about yourself and your goals as possible.
