I wish I could help you but it would be irresponsible. I don't know what tools you need to deal with your particular issues. Even if I was an expert, and I am not, it is not something that should be done in this kind of format. This is why you need a therapist.

Honestly you need to see a therapist, preferably one who has experience in eating disorders. As NovusDies said, it would be irresponsible for us to help in any concrete way.
That said, in terms of crisis lines
National Eating Disorders Association: 1-800-931-2237
National Suicide Prevention Hotline (which isn't only for people with suicidal ideation): 1-800-273-8255
Michigan Department of Community Health Crisis Hotline (your profile says you're in Michigan thus): 1 (866) 289-2641

Therapy is really the only way. Unless you deal with the root of the problem it will always be an issue. Good luck on your journey0

People have such different triggers. You really do need to work out what your triggers are and how you can respond differently to them with a licensed therapist. Please take care of yourself!0

When I was younger, like 16 to 20, I would starve myself to stay skinny, I was about 100-106lbs then. I just didn't know better. Then I got married and stopped caring of what I ate and got fat. Anyways, I took nutrition class and learned how I can lose weight in a healthy way and not punishing myself for it.
I think knowing and learning things truly helped me out. Having the knowledge is impowering.
You might need to talk to a therapist about this issue. Also, maybe talk to a dietician for advice.
Admitting you have ED is a good start.
Best of luck.0
