    Callisthenics usually isn’t at a High Intensity level. But I have done a 10round hiit of muscle ups AMAP straight to 10 burpees to a sprint and repeat. Definitely gets you going

    Tabata protocol. Pushups, pullups, squats, crunches.

    good old complexes! Some legs, a pull and a push. One of my favs is 6 squats, 6 pull ups, 6 DB incline press. Timer on 90 seconds rest, rinse and repeat!
