rhabdomyolysis

I ran a marathon almost a week ago and landed myself in the hospital on iv's with rhabdomyolysis. I was pretty out of it when discharged and the follow up doctors haven't had much or any experience with it. Anyone had it and how did you ease back into to running or physical activity? Any tips to make the liver pain ease up?

Did they not give you discharge paperwork that covers the teaching that they should have done before you left? Were you admitted or stay in the ER? Call the unit/ER and let them know you've forgotten what they said when you left because you were out of it and ask for them to repeat the info.7
