Mommy exercise challenges

I just had a baby on February 7th. I would like to start working towards losing this pregnancy weight and pre pregnancy weight. I feel like I can't do it alone without challenges... exercise or food. Is there something specific for mothers trying to lose baby weight?

I am 240+ pounds and would love to find a cool group or an amazing accountability partner to help me lose 50 pounds by the end of the year and help you lose what you need to and reach some goals!

    I am a mom but mine is 13 years old....Congrats on your new baby....I am 241 looking to get back to 130-140...you are welcome to add me ...would love to cheer,encourage,support and hold you accountable :)
