Shoulder flexibility and horrible hamstrings

So I'm looking for tips on what i should be doing to improve shoulder flexibility and my tight tight hamstrings. The last year has been the first time in my life I've done any kind of exercise and at first I had no goals or idea what I was doing. Now I do pole classes 3 times a week, pilates and zumba once a week each. I've done half hearted and sporadic beginner body weight training stuff through phone apps and YouTube - I'd like to go to the gym but am still intimidated.

My strength has improved immensely but my shoulder and leg flexibility is holding me back at pole. I know everybody's bodies are different and there's probably some stuff I'll never manage properly, but I just can't BEND like I want or get my legs as straight as I want.

I'm 40 years old, 1.6m and weigh between 50 and 52kg usually. Any ideas?

Implement a full body stretching routine daily. Consider adding some yoga. The shoulder and hamstrings are not isolated muscles to stretch to the exclusion of the rest of your body, but you could do a little more on those areas if you wish, Does your pole instructor have some suggestions?

I recommend shoulder dislocates. Name has a bad soundbite to it. Do a YouTube search for a demo.

I’ve got excellent shoulder flexibility thanks to shoulder dislocates.
