First Week STS

After a very up and down first week I have stayed the same. My Fitbit has not always showed the exercise I have done and have done a lot of gardening this week. Away for a few days this week but will try and stay as close to 1200 calories as I can as I am wanting to lose a stone for beginning of July - 14 weeks and 14lbs when I am going on a cruise.
