Hello. I started a exercise program (VShred) a few weeks ago to support my Girlfriend. I live in Virginia and I’m 53 years old and weigh 190.4 and am 6’1”. I’ve never been much of gym guy, but lm enjoying the program and have even lost a little weight myself 😁 and I’m eating healthier.
