It's not that everyone's bodies are different, it's that their minds (or psychologies) are different. Some are moderators; some need to cut out trigger foods entirely. Some are volume eaters; some are more satisfied by smaller volumes of energy-dense foods. Some do better with frequent small meals or snacks, while others are better able to control their urge to eat with an IF or OMAD approach.
But those are all just different ways to support adherence to a calorie deficit. Everybody's body obeys the law of CICO. No free work (motion, lifting, respiration, etc.) without energy expenditure.14 -
