So, I am a bit of a traveling preacher. I have been trying to diet for a couple weeks and have been doing great. Following my plan pretty well! Today I preached at a church and the local pastor told me they have a great burger place in the tiny town. Well...when in Rome. So I had one! It was huge and the least healthy meal I have had in a couple weeks. I blew my calories for the day by ALOT! Back at immediately of course. But gosh what a giant freaking burger!! Can’t stop won’t stop....but I did take a momentary break! 😬😬😁😂

Is it against your religion to post pictures? Geez!

    :)

No, really. This sounds awesome and your attitude really is great. :)

Successful weight loss/management allows for life, unexpected events, and good meals with friends :)

In these instances, math is your friend. Know your maintenance calories (change your settings to "maintain weight" and apply it to see your calories, then change it right back or simply add 500 calories to your current calorie level for each lb you have your weekly weight loss goal set to). Then, when you go over, you can put it in perspective. You may not have achieved your desired deficit for the day, but you may not have done the damage that you think.

Also would have appreciated a picture ;)
