Day 3 post shoulder surgery
First day to almost start feeling human again
Being a new Lefty is its own set of challenges
Haven’t logged or weighed in - will start this week. Do think I have been eating less simply because “Ugh”
Long rehab road ahead - but focuses on staying positive and using this experience to make myself better - one day at a time
