    Ok, so I am looking for a solution... it was pretty soggy... still tasty, but would have been better if it had not sat out over night.... still consider it a success!

    there are comments below the recipe. most recommend to prep and then roll last minute. are you able to roll the wrap at lunch (at your desk?)
