Getting back at it

Hey guys!! So ive used this app in the past and it helped me lose 20 pounds pretty fast but this time its a little different for me. I am now a momma of 2 under 2 😁 which can be VERY exhausting! Lol my start weight was 186 and im now down to 181 but I am breastfeeding so im also trying to keep my supply. My goal is to get down to 140 but if i build muscle and lose body fat im perfectly fine with a heavier weight as long as i can fit in a size 6 again. Would love to gain friends with the same goals!

    Breastfeeding and severely restricted caloric intake don’t sound like a happy match. Have you researched a Keto diet combined with breastfeeding? The high fat and protein levels would probably be a great fit. I can share resources if you’d like.
