I switch between Simple Truth whey protein powder and Body Fortress, both in vanilla.

    ADD-IN OPTIONS:
    - sugar-free pudding powder in chocolate, vanilla, or lemon
    - PB2
    - frozen banana, blueberries, strawberries, or mango (any frozen fruit works)
    - dry oatmeal
    ... or some combination thereof

^^^this. The Cookies and Cream is nice too.
  • .5 cup ff milk, .5 cup ff greek yogurt, frozen fruit...pineapple, banana, strawberries, peaches....your choice. Natural and delicious!
I take fresh fruit, chop and freeze, always ready. No chemicals or additives.
  • 1 scoop of Pure Protein Chocolate Whey Protein powder
1 scoop of Spirutein Cookies & Cream powder
2 cups of Unsweetened Blue Diamond Vanilla Almond Milk
    1 Banana
    1 tablespoon Nutella
    5 icecubes

Which makes two shakes (I always end up making one for myself and one other person). For one shake, just half it. It's delicious.

I love using Body Fortress Vanilla cream and mixing it with water+
a creamy style Greek yogurt. Usually (different ones at a time of
course) key lime, orange, cafe late, lemon. I'm loving these mixed
    in my protein formula.

Vanilla ice cream flavored protein powder + coffee + ice. Taste like one of the fancy iced coffee drinks. I do not add milk, but I am sure it would taste even better with milk.

Looking for new shake ideas too...

    Banana Strawberry Shake

Fage - Total 0% Non Fat Greek Yogurt (6oz), 6 oz.
Milk - Nonfat (fat free), 0.33 cup
Dole - Banana Extra Small (Less Than 6" Long), 0.5 banana
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard - Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla Ice Cream, 29.4 g (1 rounded scoop)
Frozen Strawberries (Per Actual Package), 0.4 Cup
    46p/29c/1f

Blend the night before…throw the blender ball in, shake and it’s ready for my morning workouts.

This weekend I’m making something new - Nutella, PB2 and Banana Shake, YUM!

Appreciate the rec, but, respectfully...6 grams protein is not near the lowest carb...it IS lower than some. Others have way less, Simple Truth, Vital Nutrients, Source Natural....
